www.kool-bitz.com always try to make sure that our prices are accurate. In the event of a mistake a member of our customer services team will contact within 24 hours.
Prices may change in order for us to remain competitive and we therefore reserve the right to change our prices without notice.
Most items include postage and packaging to all mainland UK addresses. Larger items may attract a surcharge.

Warranty & Guarantees

All products sold carry a one year manufacturers parts & labour guarantee unless otherwise stated. If your purchase proves to be faulty, contact us and we can make arrangements for your product to be tested and replaced.

Returns

When returning product, for whatever reason, please contact us to inform us that you wish to return the product.

We will assign you a RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation) number, which should be included with the product to be returned. Please use a secure delivery method which is insured and requires a signature upon delivery.

The following conditions apply:

1. Goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging.
2. We can not refund products that have been registered or damaged. There may be a un registering charge imposed on us by the suppler if this is the case so we will pass this charge on or deduct it from the refund amount.
3. Refunds can not be made for postal charges incurred by www.kool-bitz.com or by you.
4. A return authorisation number must be obtained from www.kool-bitz.com prior to returning your product.
5. Where products are not in the original condition a repackaging fee may apply.
6. We can not except returns based on missing safety camera data as we don't not consider the unit to be faulty. This is an issue with the company that maintains the database.
7. Due to Paypal costs not being returnable after 60 days we may deduct this charge at the time of giving a refund.
8. All returns are subject to a restocking charge of £10

Terms of Sale

www.kool-bitz.com may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Faulty Goods

All the manufacturer's offer technical support for the products and will replace the product directly. Please try them first.

If this fails and you suspect your product to be faulty within 28 calendar days of purchase please contact us by email to obtain a RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation) number. Outside of 28 days please refer to the manufacturer's warranty.

Our suppliers maintain there own safety camera databases. Kool-Bits can not be held responsible for errors and omissions in those databases. We can not except returns based on missing data as we don't not consider the unit to be faulty. You should contact the manufacturer of the unit on any database issues.

www.kool-bitz.com respects your right to personal privacy. We collect and use your information in accordance with the following privacy policy.

1. Is only used solely for order fulfillment and we won't use your information for any other purpose unless you specifically request that we contact you.
2. We do not send newsletters of product updates and special offers or spam you.
3. We never give or sell your details to other agencies or companies.
4. We operate in accordance with the data protection act.
